Delivery Timeline

Please adhere to the delivery timeline specified at checkout as the definitive 'expected' delivery time frame. Generally, this takes up to two weeks for the majority of orders. Occasionally, we may provide an option to jump the queue as well.

Order Processing

Orders usually take between 2 to 5 days for production and dispatch. This timeline might slightly increase during peak sales periods. Note: Any complications with your order (like requiring a new pet photo) will understandably lengthen the production time.

Artwork Approval

We always send a proof of the artwork to our customers and ask for your approval prior to printing. Therefore, your swift approval allows us to dispatch your order faster!

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking, and the tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it's available. Be mindful of potential delays during the holiday seasons (November/December) as our delivery partners cope with an increased volume of parcels.

Transit Times and Shipping Costs

The estimated transit times are as follows:

USA: 3-5 business days

CA, AUS, UK: 5-7 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Shipping costs are a fixed fee:

USA: $9.95

CA, AUS, UK: $9.95

Europe: $9.95

Rest of the world: $19.95

Additional Notes

• We occasionally offer an 'expedited artwork creation' option. This allows your pet photo to be prioritized by our artists, accelerating the production process. However, it doesn't affect the courier's delivery speed.

• Please be aware, if your order requires a new photo, this will naturally lengthen the production duration.

• We allot a maximum of three days (72 hours) for customer approval of the artwork. If we don't receive a response from you within this timeframe, we'll assume approval and proceed with printing your order.
