As all products at Quarter Oak are meticulously crafted to align with your unique requirements, we are unable to accommodate returns. Your artwork is attentively designed to reflect the bond between you and your pet, making it highly personalized.

If the final product does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that you're delighted with the ultimate creation.

In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong product, incorrect size or print, or discovering damage from transit, rest assured that we will replace it promptly and without question. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order under such circumstances.

We extend the provision for unlimited edits pertaining to the initial photo and costume you've selected. 'Unlimited revisions' encompasses minor adjustments that can be made to the original artwork. For substantial modifications, such as a new photo or costume/product change, you may opt for either a new photo or costume change once per order. If there's a desire for a third photo for your pet's artwork, or a third costume change, a nominal fee of $10 would apply for the creation of the new artwork, payable via an invoice sent by our customer support team.

If you've placed an order but had a change of heart, you may cancel the order within 24 hours. Beyond this period, cancellation acceptance will be at our discretion, as our artists often commence work soon after the order is placed. In case the artwork has already been prepared and you wish to cancel, a fee of $10 would apply to cover part of the artwork costs for your order.

Bear in mind, the creation of your artwork is based on the photo provided by you at the time of order placement. We advise you to follow our Photo Guide to ensure the quality of the final artwork. Low resolution photos might affect the quality of the resulting artwork. While you can add notes to your order for any special requests, please note that not all requests, like adding a smile or closing an opening mouth, can be accommodated. Nonetheless, we can make certain alterations like removing red eye or editing eye color.

Please understand that all displayed examples on our site were crafted from high resolution, superior quality photos. Low quality or blurry images may not enable our design team to replicate the high-end finish showcased on our site.
